Flexello UTP Series twin-wheel leveling caster chopsawsformetal is ideal for use on equipment that requires periodic rolling as well as level, stationary positioning. Body is constructed of strong, high-impact nylon. Caster has a 330-lb load capacity and 2 5/8-in. diam nylon wheels. Height is adjustable over a 9/16-in. range from 4 15/16, to 5 1/2 in. Maxima plastic medical casters are available in 4-inch through 8-inch wheel diameters with a variety of mounting stems and plates. Each caster is equipped with precision waterproof ball bearings in the swivel raceway and wheel for ease of mobility and quiet operation under load, according to the company. Maximum temperature range is + 110[degrees] C with load capacities up to 264 lbs. per caster (ISO TC 110 compliant). FasterCaster is a new WinAlign 4.0 adjustment feature for Hunter Series 611 and Series 411 Wheel Alignment Systems. This feature reduces the number of steps needed to do a caster sweep and obtain measurements for caster, S.A.I. and I.A. FasterCaster uses only one bar graph to measure the angles for the left and right turning sequence. 1. Keep a hand pyrometer or a "heat gun" handy. It is an excellent tool for checking drum temperatures. Any drum that is much cooler than others indicates a lack of brake effort on that particular wheel.2. Mike all drums when relining brakes. Both drums on the same axle must be within .010 inches (25 mm) of the same diameter. Never attempt to reline just one wheel on an axle. When you replace brake drums, install new drums on both sides.3. Store drums with the open end face down. Never store them on the sides. When installing drums, use the same crisscross pattern of applying fasteners as wheel lugs on wheels and hubs. These tightening practices prevent drum distortion.4. Never exceed the brake drum manufacturer''s discard brake drum diameter. This figure appears on all brake drums. When checking brake drum diameter for wear, the diameter should not exceed 0.120 inches (3.0 mm) over the original diameter. The recut diameter should not exceed .080 inches (2 mm) over the original diameter. That is, after turning the drum, all at least .040 inches (1 mm) for wear. The new separator on the 7460 reduces the amount of green bolls and rocks entering the cleaner. This increases the life of the saws and puts fewer green bolls in the basket, which saves money through reduced ginning costs.Cleaning capacity is also enhanced because of new finger grates that are six inches wider. This design facilitates the use of all 60-inches of the on-board field cleaner.Other cleaner improvements allow faster field speeds, with less plugging, and reduced maintenance time. A new lower saw reclamation brush on the lower saw drum grabs cotton before it falls out of the cleaner and guides it to the basket. This puts more cotton in the basket and less in the burr trail, which improves turnout.
